The gap
A workshop owner already knows what is wrong. Finding out costs them the afternoon.
The information exists. It is in a supervisor's head, a notebook by the grinder, a pile of delivery notes and three WhatsApp groups. Pulling it together means walking the floor and asking. By the time you know the steel ran out, the run is already late.

How it works

The floor gets a menu that works on any phone. The office gets a dashboard. Neither has to wait for the other, and nothing is entered twice.
Workers dial in
A welder finishes twelve gates, dials the code and enters the number. A grinder starts smoking, he reports it in four keypresses. The plant knows immediately.
